How can we use technology to shape the retail experience?

Together with PVH, we created an innovative platform that assist staff and visitors in over 300+ stores globally.

As an interdisciplinary team of developers, designers, scrum masters and product owners,... — we designed, researched, launched innovative features and services for over 2+ years. Covering product recommendations, tailored search, multi-device navigation and BOH overhauls such as responsive stock management for store staff, which is used for over 2K+ times per day across 14 countries.

To help us build this platform, we created a complex, scalable, multi-brand, responsive design system which included 10+ languages and 6+ digital touchpoints.
